My gym junkie, a very fit 36yo cousin contracted Covid19 when The sass is strong with this one fitness shirt virus came to Sydney early this year. She was eventually hospitalized, but even now is still suffering breathing issues and chronic lethargy. More stories like this need to be shared. I get that everyone is absolutely sick of restrictions but they need to be aware of the long term impact this could have on lives. I went to the gym five days a week, did martial arts and sword fighting. Then I got Covid-19 and it took 5 months to fully recover.I’m out since May diagnosis. I have lingering fatigue. I try to walk when I can, but mostly I’m sleeping. Too tired to really do anything. On a good day, I’ll do my normal chores, I’m wrecked for the day. It’s awful.

However, in that time I have become so unfit it’s going to The sass is strong with this one fitness shirt be very difficult to get back to normal. I had a virus 2 years ago last May that left me with similar symptoms. I was on 2 inhalers. Felt rubbish until the end of that year.
But what I don’t understand about it is if it spreads as fast as they say it does why hasn’t my husband, daughter, sister-in-law, nephew, and mum and dad got it as I was with them the day before and a couple of days before. I got positive results and my husband and sister in law have really low immune systems.
