Talk about priorities, if people want to go abroad for holidays then they should face the consequences and isolate when they get back. So you have to quarantine after leaving a country with less-known cases and fewer deaths but going on your commute in London is fine. I’d understand if it was a more infected country but based on odds, I’d back the guy back from Italy avoiding it over those leaving the pub and forming crowds because of government policies.
